Why hire the Ferrari Purosangue
The Ferrari Purosangue runs a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 producing 725 HP — an engine configuration no direct competitor currently offers in this body format. At idle, it produces a deep, layered growl that fills the cabin without intruding on conversation. Under acceleration, the V12 responds instantly at any throttle position, with no turbo lag — something you notice most in Dubai’s stop-and-go traffic, where turbocharged rivals feel hesitant by comparison.
Inside, carbon fiber trim and hand-stitched leather surfaces reflect Ferrari’s own production standards rather than a contractor’s interpretation of luxury. Ferrari Active Suspension Technology (FAST) reads the road continuously and adjusts each wheel independently, keeping the body composed over speed bumps and uneven surfaces across Dubai’s urban grid. The result is a car that drives smaller than its footprint suggests — four genuine adult seats, and a presence that registers before you even step out.
Ideal Use Cases for the Ferrari Purosangue
Arrive with three colleagues without asking anyone to compromise. The Purosangue’s rear bucket seats are designed for adults, not gestures toward practicality. The cabin stays quiet enough for conversation, and the V12 soundtrack on arrival does the talking for the evening.
The contrast between SUV height and Ferrari proportions makes the Purosangue one of the most photographed cars in Dubai right now. Meydan Bridge after 23:00 offers clean light, minimal traffic, and a backdrop that works at any angle. Come prepared with your shot list — the car earns its frame before you even position it.
The boot offers 473 liters — enough for two full-size suitcases with room for carry-on bags. For a Ferrari in SUV format, that is a genuinely practical number. Meeting guests at DXB? It handles the luggage run without compromise.
Four passengers, no one sitting sideways. The rear-hinged back doors open wide in tight drop-off zones outside hotels and restaurants — a detail that matters when pulling up to Atlantis or Address Beach Resort. For those who want to hear the V12 properly, the tunnels leading to the Palm offer an enclosed stretch where the acoustics let the engine speak.
Pro tipThe Purosangue has a ground clearance of 185 mm. Fully loaded, this drops slightly. It handles Dubai’s standard speed bumps without issue, but enter underground hotel car parks at an angle to avoid scraping the front lip on steep ramps.

Ferrari Purosangue vs. the Competition
The Urus Performante uses a turbocharged V8. In urban driving, torque delivery is strong but the character feels processed. The Purosangue’s naturally aspirated V12 responds instantly at any throttle position — no waiting for boost. In Dubai’s daily traffic, that difference is felt every time the light turns green.
The DBX707 is a compelling GT-style SUV with a well-appointed interior. It seats five in a conventional layout. The Purosangue’s rear-hinged doors and individual rear bucket seats offer a noticeably more deliberate, event-like entry and exit — one that suits a business arrival or a hotel check-in. The DBX707 weighs approximately 2,245 kg; the Purosangue comes in at 2,033 kg, which contributes to sharper body control on winding routes like Jebel Jais Road — the best paved mountain road in the UAE, with consistent tarmac and sweeping corners.
The Cayenne is a highly capable performance SUV and a rational choice. But rationality is not why anyone rents a Ferrari. The Purosangue offers something the Cayenne simply cannot: a V12 soundtrack, rear-hinged coach doors, and the Prancing Horse badge — all in one car.
Summary: If you want a four-seat Ferrari with a V12 that no other manufacturer currently offers in this body format, there is no direct substitute.
