You can have a car waiting for you at Dubai International Airport (DXB) without queuing at a rental desk: Brook Drive delivers the car to the airport 24/7, with delivery from AED 250, and handover takes about 20 minutes. This guide covers how the airport pickup works, which cars suit an arrival, what it costs and what to prepare before you land.
How airport pickup works at DXB
Dubai International Airport has three passenger terminals, and the pickup is arranged around the one you land at. You do not have to find a rental counter: the manager meets you, walks you to the car and completes the paperwork there. We deliver to DXB. If you land at another airport, ask the manager before you book.
Which terminal will you land at
Your airline decides the terminal. Emirates lands at Terminal 3, Qatar Airways and British Airways at Terminal 1, and flydubai uses Terminals 2 and 3. For any other airline, look it up in the Dubai Airports airline directory, which lists the terminal for each carrier.
On the day, the arrivals board shows your flight status and terminal. For passports and visas, see the immigration and visa page: the GDRFA visa office in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall (near gate 1) is open around the clock, and travellers with biometric passports can use the Smart Gates.
The steps
- Book the car and the delivery on the website (see delivery to Dubai Airport), or write to the team on WhatsApp or Telegram. Choose DXB as the delivery point.
- Send your terminal and flight number. The manager confirms the exact meeting point and the parking for the car with you in the chat, so there is no guessing on arrival.
- Clear immigration and collect your luggage. The manager is waiting where you agreed.
- Handover. Check the car together, sign the contract and take the keys. The process takes about 20 minutes.
If your flight is delayed or lands early, message us as soon as you know and the handover is moved to match.
Helpful tipKeep your passport and your driving licence, plus your International Driving Permit if your licence needs one, in your hand luggage, not in a checked suitcase. You need them at the first stop after baggage claim.

Which car to pick for an airport arrival
The best car for an arrival is not always the fastest one. Think about luggage and the number of passengers first, then the style. Prices below are current daily rates for a 1 to 2 day rental.
Sports cars: for the thrill, with light luggage
If the airport run is the start of a fast trip, our sport cars are the obvious pick. The catch is luggage: a Lamborghini Huracán or Ferrari F8 has a very small boot, so they suit one or two people with cabin bags. Pair them with a taxi or a second car for big suitcases.
| Model | Price per day | Age / experience |
|---|---|---|
| Chevrolet Corvette | AED 1190 | 25 / 3 years |
| Lamborghini Huracan EVO Spyder | AED 3 590 | 25 / 3 to 5 years |
| Ferrari F8 Spider | AED 3 710 | 25 / 3 to 5 years |
| Ferrari Portofino | AED 3 710 | 25 / 5 years |
Convertibles: the Dubai welcome
Our convertible cars give you open-top driving and more practical space than a mid-engine car. The Ford Mustang Convertible is the budget option at AED 590 a day and accepts drivers from 23. The Bentley Continental GTC costs AED 3 120 a day and needs a driver of 25 or over. Open-top driving is best from about November to March; in the hot months drive with the roof up and the air conditioning on.

SUVs and family cars: luggage and groups
For families and groups the sensible choice is one of our SUV’s. The Chevrolet Tahoe and the Cadillac Escalade seat seven and take several large suitcases, and the Hyundai Staria is the cheapest seven-seat family van. Child seats are free; tell the manager the age of each child when you book.
| Model | Price per day | Age / experience |
|---|---|---|
| Chevrolet Tahoe | AED 830 | 21 to 23 / 3 years |
| Hyundai Staria | AED 710 | 23 / 3 years |
| Nissan Patrol Platinum | AED 1070 | 23 / 3 years |
| Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum | AED 1190 | 25 / 3 years |
| Lamborghini Urus | AED 2 990 | 25 / 3 to 5 years |
Luxury cars: VIP arrivals
For business arrivals or a special occasion, our luxury cars are the most comfortable way out of the airport. The Mercedes S-Class starts at AED 2 150 a day, the Rolls Royce Cullinan AED 4 190, and the age limit (23 to 25) and the experience requirement (3 to 5 years) depend on the car.

Electric cars: low running costs
If you prefer an electric car, the Mercedes EQS 580 is AED 910 a day and the Hummer EV AED 1 530, both with age and experience limits shown on each car’s page. Electric cars suit city driving and short trips; plan charging before a long run. See our electric cars.
Helpful tipRates fall with the length of the rental, from the 1 to 2 day rate down to the 30+ day rate. If you will keep the car for a week or a month, check the price for your exact number of days on the car’s page.

What to prepare before you land
Documents
Tourists need a passport and a valid licence from their home country. Depending on the country that issued your licence, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may also be required. Our team confirms what applies to your licence before you book; the rental terms have the details. UAE residents need a UAE driving licence and Emirates ID. Make sure the licence is valid for the whole rental.
Age and experience
The minimum age and the driving experience are set per car, from 21 to 25 years and from 3 to 5 years of licence history. They are shown on every car’s page and in the tables above, so choose a car you are allowed to drive before you book.
Fuel, tolls and mileage
Fuel is full-to-full: the car is handed over with a full tank and returned full. Salik tolls (AED 6.30 at peak times, AED 4.20 off-peak and on Sundays, including 5% VAT) and Darb gates in Abu Dhabi are paid by the renter and billed separately after the rental ends. Fines are forwarded to the renter and paid after the rental. Each car has its own daily mileage limit of 200 to 250 km, shown on its page.
Where you can drive
You can drive anywhere in the UAE. Driving into Oman is not allowed.
Returning the car at the airport
When your trip ends, ask the manager to arrange the return at the airport: give your flight time and terminal, and the handback is planned around them. Return the car with a full tank. The manager checks the body, the interior and the fuel level against the condition report from handover, and you leave for your flight. If you took the car for a longer rental, ask about the discounts for 30 days or more, which can reach 50% of the daily rate.
VerdictFor an airport arrival, a pre-agreed pickup is the easiest option in Dubai: send the manager your flight, pick a car that matches your luggage and your age limit, and have the keys in your hand about 20 minutes after you meet.
